KJ provides the highest quality and standards of training and will prepare you to build and run a successful six-figure business. BEAUTY ENHANCEMENT Our goal is to redefine and enhance beauty through nonsurgical and noninvasive aesthetic treatments such as body contouring, facial rejuvenation, permanent makeup, lip enhancement and dermal fillers. TEACHING BEAUTY & BUSINESS We offer comprehensive training programs consisting of in-depth curriculum review, hands-on live demonstration as well as business strategies to help you build a successful business within the beauty industry. REFUNDS There are no refunds on services/packages purchased. Business owner has right to terminate services/packages at any time. LATE APPOINTMENT POLICY For each appointment, a 10 minute grace period will be granted to each client. Any clients who arrive later than 10 minutes, the appointment will automatically need to be rescheduled and our “Appointment Cancellation" policy will be enforced (a fee of 100% of the total service will be charged or the same number of sessions/services scheduled of a pre-purchased service/package will be removed. Any unpaid fees will be required to be paid in order to reschedule any future appointments) OR client may choose to complete the remaing time of their session if applicable and practitioner has been notified and agrees (Example: If you've notified practitioner you'll be 15 minutes late for your one hour session, you may choose to complete the remaining 45 minutes of your scheduled appointment) APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY Please be mindful of canceling appointments or rescheduling 24 hours or less in advance. Giving ample (at least 24 hours) notice will help avoid incurring a cancellation fee. If a client cancels or reschedules less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment, a fee of 100% of the total service will be charged (a fee of 100% of the total service will be charged or the same number of sessions/services scheduled of a pre-purchased service/package will be removed. Any unpaid fees will be required to be paid in order to reschedule any future appointments) NO SHOW POLICY If a client misses an appointment without contacting us, it is considered a "no show" appointment. All no show clients (those that appear at least 10 minutes late or do not appear for appointment at all) will be billed 100% of the total cost of services scheduled (a fee of 100% of the total service will be charged or the same number of sessions/services scheduledof a pre-purchased service/package will be removed. Any unpaid fees will be required to be paid in order to reschedule any future appointments) If you have previously cancelled an appointment, any future appointments may be subject to a non-refundable fee of 100% of total service to be charged in advance to schedule next appointment. Cancellation Policy
A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment.
